Welcome to Soberlish!

Be yourself; Everyone else is already taken.

— Oscar Wilde.

Welcome to sacdizzy’s Soberlish. You may be wondering why I selected the name Soberlish. When I first entered into recovery, I discovered how wonderful I felt about myself and my body. I started with Alcoholics Anonymous more than 7 years ago, and though I do not have 7 years sober (that’s a story for another day), I am so grateful for what the program has given me and the life that keeps unfolding, as I keep working to stay sober. I hope you following in my journey as I talk not only about stay sober, but also about fighting clinical depression, learning to live a more spiritual life and just going through the normal ups and downs most people face these days. Please contacts me if you have any comments. I’d love to hear your ideas, questions and feedback. Best wishes!
